“We have very active ERGs at Dropbox that have unwavering support from staff, who regularly come to meetings, attend events, and advocate for the groups. We do lots of events, as well as celebrate Black History Month, Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Women's History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, and Pride. We do regular pulse surveys to assess employee happiness and weave in the importance of diversity and inclusion into everything that we do.”
